Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years' experience in operation and maintenance of Hydropower Plant
• Willing to work at the hydropower project site on a full-time basis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Plant Manager shall be responsible for:
• Overall planning, organizing, coordination, supervision, and control of the overall O&M activities of the Hydropower Plants to ensure uninterrupted power generation.
• Ensuring operation of the power plant including Headwork, switchyards, transmission line, and Inter-connecting substation according to procedures and safety requirements and standards.
• Direct operations, maintenance, or repair of hydroelectric power facilities to shift operators.
• Planning, scheduling, and timely execution of the Preventive and corrective maintenance of the Power Plants.
• Shall be actively coordinating operation with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Load Dispatch Center (LDC) & Department of Electricity Development (DOED) based on the requirement.
• Maintain records of hydropower facility operations, maintenance, or repairs as per NEA-approved plant operating procedure.
• Develop or review budgets, annual plans, power contracts, power rates, standing operating procedures, power reviews, or engineering studies.
• Develop or implement policy evaluation procedures for hydropower generation activities.
• Communication and Coordination with the Head office.
• Provide technical direction in the erection or commissioning of hydropower equipment or supporting electrical or mechanical systems.
• Respond to problems related to water users, government agencies, or other stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate power system emergencies.

Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for overall project planning, monitoring, coordination with various contractors and suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders, value engineering, allocating and monitoring the human resources, and ensure timely completion of the project with optimal use of resources. S/he should have competent knowledge of hydropower projects' life cycle and should continually maintain strong interpersonal and public relations.

Job Responsibilities:
Geologists shall be responsible for conducting geological and geotechnical field surveys and investigations, analyzing geological, geotechnical information, maps, tests reports, and surveys. S/he will be responsible for providing input to design and stability analysis of surface and sub-surface works mainly tunnels and underground caverns. S/he shall also supervise and monitor underground construction activities at project sites.

Job Responsibilities:
Quality Control Engineer shall be responsible to ensure the quality of the construction works at the site is consistent with the company policy, specifications, and standard industry practice. S/he shall be responsible for preparing QA/QC policy, review of QA/QC assurance plan submitted by the Contractor, Prepare QA/QC management plan, Implement the agreed QA/QC monitoring plan at site, Conduct/Supervise routine tests at site laboratory, or third-party laboratories. S/he shall monitor the quality of construction materials, construction methodology by the specifications. S/he should know QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site instruction/observations

Job Responsibilities:
The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for understanding, quantifying, budgeting, and managing the costs of the construction project. S/he shall be responsible for quantity estimation and rate analysis as per the approved drawings of the project. S/he shall forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project, track changes to the design and/or construction work, and adjust budget projections accordingly. S/he shall also quantify and value the work done on-site regularly and ensure continual liaison with the contractors, consultants, and site & head office personnel.

The procurement Manager shall be responsible for implementing optimum purchase plans and procedures as per the requirements ensuring timely procurements and supply of required items. S/he shall oversee supplier relationships, their management quality, deliveries, cost, and overall performance. S/he shall regularly correspond and manage all activities with the banks in coordination with Trade and Finance departments for all necessary process implementation related to procurement including but not limited to processing of Letter of Credit and Telegraphic Transfer. S/he shall also Identify, negotiate and process appointment of Custom Clearing Agent and Logistics/Transportation Companies to ensure timely import of goods and delivery to the site as per the approved timeline.

Human Resource Management Officer shall be responsible for ensuring implementation of the Human Resource practices in the Company as per the Labour Act and approved policies of the Company. S/he shall be involved in planning and processing of the recruitment, orientation, training and development, Payroll management, etc. of the employees and shall contribute towards preparation and implementation of Human Resource Planning of the Company.
